A: No, it is your browser settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the tools tab on the IE tool bar. Click on Internet options, and then on the Privacy tab. There you will need to move the slider bar down from "Medium" to "Accept all Cookies". Then hit apply. That should fix it.
Q: How do i know what size the frames are.
A: The frames are numbered by size.
500s and H5s are small 7x7 frames with 4x4 openings.
600s and H6s are 9x9 scalloped frames with 5x5 openings.
700s, 800s, and H7s are medium 8x10 frames with 4x6 openings.
100s,200s,300s,H1s, H2s and H3s are large 11x11 frames with 4x6 openings.
400s and H4s are large 11x11 frames with offset 5x7 openings.

Change a frame - Choose from any of our designs and change the wording. (The frame must have
words on it in order to change the words.)
Custom - Can't find anything that suits your needs? Design your own. Designs must be approved.
A: No, all of the frames are as pictured, except for Frame Lab and Custom frames. The color chart is for reference only.
Q: What are the shipping times?
A: UPS shipping times are shown on the map. (This is the time after the order ships.)
